Elizabeth Hurley recently revealed shes seen bits of Matthew Perrys new book, “Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing,” in which he discusses his struggles with addiction.
In an interview with Yahoo Entertainment, Hurley said Perry is a “lovely man,” but filming 2002s romantic comedy “Serving Sara” with the “Friends” star was a “nightmare.”
“As it’s now known, our movie was shut down because of his addiction,” Hurley said, referring to his stint in rehab. That was a little tough, but he came back and he was fabulous.”
“He was still very charming and a lovely person to work with, she said, but you could see he was suffering for sure.
Perry revealed in an interview with ABCs Diane Sawyer that he was taking Xanax, Methadone, and drinking a quart of vodka each day around that time.
